Shipping Policies
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 7-10 days to process your order. Expect an email within this timeframe to let you know your order is on the way!
SHIPPING:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Orders are generally shipped within 7-10 days via USPS. Tracking will be available once your order ships. Please allow 3-4 days for delivery (within the U.S.) after receiving shipping confirmation.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount, minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at cabobobsjourney@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
